Path I - Mindfulness and Awareness

  • Foundations of Mindfulness

Build core mindfulness skills to slow down, observe your inner world, and respond with intention instead of autopilot. This group teaches grounding, breath awareness, and basic noticing skills to reduce stress and increase clarity.

  • Mindfulness for Anxiety & Worry

    “Unhook from anxious thoughts and come home to now.”

    Learn how to step out of spirals of worry and return to the present moment with compassion and steadiness. This module focuses on defusion, acceptance, and calming practices that lessen anxiety’s grip.

  • Awareness & Acceptance Skills

    “Make space for your experience without being overwhelmed by it.”

    Develop the capacity to allow emotions and thoughts to arise without avoidance or struggle. Through acceptance, noticing, and willingness, you’ll learn to rest with discomfort instead of fighting it.

  • Emotion Awareness Training

    “Know what you feel so you can choose how to respond.”

    Strengthen your understanding of emotional signals, body cues, and patterns that shape behavior. This group teaches naming, noticing, and emotional literacy to build healthier responses.

Identify what deeply matters to you and use it as a compass to guide daily behavior. This group helps you build direction, purpose, and meaning—one intentional choice at a time.

  • Psychological Flexibility Skills

    “Respond with openness, awareness, and action.”

    Learn to hold thoughts lightly, stay present, and act on your values even when emotions are loud. This module teaches the heart of ACT and builds adaptability, resilience, and mental agility.

  • Committed Action & Habit Change

    “Small steps. Big shifts.”

    Turn your values into habits that stick. You’ll learn behavior-change tools, accountability systems, and micro-commitments that create real momentum.

  • Acceptance & Willingness in Daily Life

    “Face discomfort with courage and compassion.”

    Learn how to move toward meaningful experiences instead of avoiding difficult ones. This group focuses on emotional willingness, open posture, and non-avoidant living.

 

PATH 3 — Compassion & Emotion Regulation (CFT + DBT-Informed)

  • Self-Compassion Training (CFT)

“Be on your own side.”Develop a kinder inner voice and learn to meet suffering with understanding rather than self-criticism. This group strengthens the soothing system and reduces shame.

  • Emotion Regulation & Resilience

“Calm your body, steady your mind.”

Learn grounding, regulation, distress tolerance, and nervous system stabilization skills. Build the capacity to ride emotional waves without shutting down or erupting.

  • Working with Shame & Self-Criticism

“You are not the voice that attacks you.”

Explore how shame operates and learn tools to unhook from self-critical narratives. This module builds self-acceptance, compassion, and internal safety.

  • Strengthening the Wise Self

“Access the steady part of you that knows what matters.”Connect with a grounded, stable internal perspective so you can choose responses that reflect your best self. Practices include perspective-taking, self-support, and wise-mind development.

 

PATH 4 — Interpersonal Skills & Relational Mindfulness

  • Relational Mindfulness & Compassion for Others

“Be present—with yourself and with others.”

Build deeper connections through mindful listening, empathy, and non-reactive communication. Learn how to show up fully in relationships without losing yourself.

  • Healthy Boundaries Training

“Love others without abandoning yourself.”

Learn how to set limits, honor your needs, and assert yourself with clarity and kindness. This group teaches practical boundary-setting grounded in values, not fear.

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness (DBT-Informed)

“Communicate clearly. Stay true to yourself.”

Build confidence with assertiveness, conflict navigation, and effective communication skills (e.g., DEAR MAN). Supportive practice helps you integrate skills into real-life situations.

  • Attachment & Connection Skills

“Create relationships that feel safe, supportive, and real.”

Understand your attachment patterns and build relational flexibility. Learn tools for secure connection, co-regulation, and emotional trust.
